Basketball Training for Boys & Girls
|
We offer basketball training clinics on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays for girls and boys . These clinics are for athletes that are 3rd grade & up. Athletes can register for clinics individually or purchase a clinic pass that includes a set number of sessions. This flexible format allows players to punch in and attend the dates and times that fit their schedule while continuing to develop their skills consistently.
On Saturdays, we offer our new Train & Compete Clinics for girls & boys ages 12 and up. Each session is designed to help players prepare for real competition and continue developing their skills in a game environment. Sessions include pre-game preparation routines to build strong habits before competition, skill challenges and focus points to encourage players to work on areas of improvement, balanced matchups to create competitive and fair games, and structured gameplay where athletes can apply their skills and decision-making in real game situations. This summer join us for our Summer Development Camps which are targeted summer training weeks designed by skill level—helping athletes, ages 7-16, build fundamentals, develop game skills, and prepare for competition in a focused, high-energy environment. Each session runs Monday–Friday from 12:00–2:00 PM
